Don't miss us at the March 31, 2012 Plant Sale in Sacramento, California

We have been invited to participate in the Sacramento Perennial Plant Club's Annual Plant Sale.  This is a great event with multiple plant vendors including succulents, vegetable starts, trees, flowers, garden art and of course - bamboo! Don't miss it!


Here are the details:

When: Saturday, March 31, 2012; 9 am to 3 pm.

Where: Shepard Arts and Garden Center at 3330 McKinley Blvd., Sacramento, CA 95816

Who: Hosted for the public by the Sacramento Perennial Plant Club.

Now taking special orders for April 2012 delivery; gift certificates now available

Now taking special orders for April 2012 delivery; February 28 deadline

Looking for that special variety or for a large amount of bamboo to create the perfect screen? We highly recommend you special order it. It doesn't cost any more to special order. We ask that you pay 50 percent up front with the balance payable upon pick-up. We highly recommend special ordering high-demand bamboo like Bambusa multiplex 'Alphonse Karr', Bambusa oldhamii 'Giant Clumping Timber Bamboo' or rare varieties; or large quantities. To place a special order, simply send us an e-mail (sean@madmanbamboo.com) with the varieties you want, the quantity of each and the size you want (5 or 15 gallon). Send us your e-mail by February 28, 2012 for our April 2012 delivery.

Plant Sale at Ace Hardware in Rocklin. Bamboo and Japanese Maples.

Who & What:  Plant Sale at Ace Hardware in Rocklin.  Lots of bamboo plants and Japanese Maples!

Jim Lombard of Maplestone Garden will be there selling his propagated Japanese Maples grown right here in Rocklin.  Jim is a family friend and takes alot of pride in his propagation of beautiful Japanese Maples.  

I'll be there with a great selection of bamboo, lot of 1 gallon bamboo starter plants to try, plus larger 5 gallon plants.

When:  Saturday, May 21, 2011.  9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
